What’s The Time, Mr. Wolf?

What’s The Time, Mr. Wolf?

Out of the UK comes a band who’s kicked down the door in the U.S. music scene with an energetic debut album. The Noisettes is the band I’m talking about. Their debut album "What’s The Time, Mr. Wolf?" is laced with catchy tracks that blend an edgy rock sound with soulful vocals by a girl named Shingai Shoniwa. You should hear her belt out some of their songs! Her vocals can match the tempo on each song, whether they are playing an aggressive track like Don’t Give Up or slowing it down a bit on The Count Of Monte Christo. If you’re the type of person I am, who likes to crank up the volume on a song and go nuts for a while, then the track Sister Rosetta (Capture The Spirit) is just for you. This album is an example of a band who rises above mediocrity, and who puts the heart and soul into their music. The Noisettes are definitely a band to keep your eyes (and ears) on.
